  • CrossFit: The ULTIMATE class which includes the scheduled Workout of the Day (WOD), this will normally contain skill practice followed by strength work and finish with metabolic conditioning
  • Open Gym: There are no classes; the gym is available for full members to come and refine their skills or to complete another WOD.
  • Weightlifting: Rotating between the olympic lifts, please call or email to reserve your spot as these classes are capped.
