Option 1

Try our free 60min intro class – held every second Wednesday at 7.30pm. This is for an individual that has no CrossFit experience. 

Come down to our gym and see what CrossFit Craigieburn is all about. Our friendly coach will teach you how to squat, deadlift and strict press a barbell in a safe manner as well as answer any questions you may have. We will then finish off the session with a 5-10minute CrossFit workout.

Option 2

Unable to make the Free Wednesday Intro Class? Book a one-on-one intro session

If you are unable to attend our Wednesday night intro class we can arrange a one-on-one intro session at a time suiting your schedule. The one-on-one session will cost $50 however also includes 2 weeks of unlimited CrossFit membership.

Option 3

Join the main classes – You are an experienced CrossFitter 
If you have trained 2+ months at an affiliated Crossfit gym then you are free to sign-up for regular classes immediately.
