OFF PEAK HOURS ARE BETWEEN 6.00-8.00AM MON-FRI, AND 9.00-10.00AM SAT.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Simply rock up to one of our off-peak sessions!
Classes are small so our qualified coaches will be able to give you the full attention you need to ensure that you are moving in a safe manner.
You can either book ahead online or call/SMS Jen on 0402 295 402 to let her know that you are coming. Alternatively you can email Jen at firstname.lastname@example.org so that she can know to expect you the next morning!
WHICH CLASSES CAN I ATTEND?
Our off-peak sessions include:
Monday 6.00am, 7.00am
Wednesday 6.0am, 7.00am
Friday 6.00am, 7.00am

We train with the purpose of being fitter and stronger through:
-High intensity cardio (running, rowing, biking, circuit training)
-Weightlifting (squatting, pressing, deadlifting)
-Gymnastics (pullups, dips, pushups, rope climbing, handstands)
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT FIRST TO GET STARTED?
This is a common question we get and the answer is no! There are no minimum requirements and everyone is encouraged to join
All of our workouts can be modified to either beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness levels.
If a workout looks too hard we can cut the repetitions back to suit your current fitness levels so that it is achievable and tailored to suit you.
