RX – Ensure base strength of 2 toes to bar is there, if so use this time to practice linking.
Scaled – Alternate between A1 & A2 of your choice for 3-5 sets

A1
*Bar hang leg raise 5+ reps with slow descent
*Hollow body hold 30s

A2
*Wide grip strict pullup 3+ repetitions
*Banded broomstick pull downs 3-5 repetitions

B.
For time;
50 Cal bike
25 Burpees
40 Cal bike
20 Burpees
30 Cal bike
15 Burpees
20 Cal bike
10 Burpees
15 cal bike
10 Burpees
10 Cal bike

5 Burpees
