NEW!!! CrossFit Foundations class starts Tuesday 9th April

We are excited to share that we are introducing our brand new “Foundation Class”.
This is a perfect class for anyone from 0 to 6 months of experience in any exercise or  CrossFit. It is a great starting point for anyone who feels a little bit intimidated working alongside the more experienced members or even a full gym. This class is ideal, if you feel self-conscious about starting your fitness journey and want to start in a safe and supported environment.

Our foundation class only runs all foundation and scaled movements, so we start from the beginning with everything. We teach you from scratch.
