If you are new to CrossFit you’ll be required to enrol into our 4-Week Foundations Program.
This includes a 60-min Orientation session, x3 PT sessions and 4 weeks of unlimited membership at the gym.
During your Orientation our coach will introduce you to the fundamental movements used in CrossFit training, as well as answer any additional questions you may have regarding nutrition and training.
As there are many different movements to learn in CrossFit, the x3 PT sessions allow one-on-one sessions with a coach to get additional practice.
Once you have completed the orientation session you are free to join any of our classes.
