We are a fun, community based gym with a hard drive and work ethic.Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit for the first time in years, want to lose weight, gain strength or have aspirations to compete at a higher level we are the gym for you. Our goal is to help each and every one of our members realise their true potential and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations. Join our team if one of your goals is to be the fittest and strongest version of yourself!


Held every Saturday morning 10.30 am during school terms, TeenFit is a 60 minute fun beginner CrossFit Class for young people aged 8-13. Coached by qualified instructors this is the ideal entry level class for young people wanting to learn.


CrossFit is a 60min Strength & Conditioning Class to strengthen and tone your body and build your fitness up. With over 30 CrossFit classes per week, you will easily find classes times that suit your lifestyle. See current class timetable.

Special Events

Once a month we hold special community Events with our Rhino Family Stay tunes for details of the next event.


Olympic Weightlifting classes are held every T Tuesday and Thursday evening’s 5.30pm and Saturday morning 8am. These classes give you the opportunity to improve barbell technique so you feel more confident in your classic barbell lifts of the Snatch.
